Title: Software Engineer
Location: Remote
Rate: £550-£650 per day
Length: 6-months (initial)
Status: Inside IR35
Bodhi are working with a top brand that have set out on a greenfield field project with upgrading their platform. This is a long term project where they are searching for talented and dynamic software engineers to join their current work force.
You will have to have strong development skills by delivering your own code, be able to work in an automatous manner, and have experience in greenfield operations. If you are looking for challenging and hand-on technical role that offers you the chance to be part of a true greenfield environment, then this is the opportunity for you.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Designing and building APIs, services, internal tools, data pipelines and processes
- Maintain all parts of the services the team builds; software, infrastructure CI/CD pipelines with a build-it-run-it ethos
- Domain expert for Back End/Server Side technologies
- Use data, domain knowledge and research to continuously improve not only the software we build but our products, processes, development practices and the developer experience across
Skills & Experience:
- Experience building Server Side software and services
- Expertise in one of the following languages; Go, Node or other dynamic or strictly typed language
- Experience building in a cloud-based environment, predominantly AWS
- Practical experience with version control systems and software development practices
- Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing them
