Description
We are currently hiring for Senior User Researcher role in Multiple locations Sheffield/Blackpool/Manchester;
- Demonstrate that they can plan user research for services with challenging user needs and/or complex user journeys
- Should have strong experience of conducting user research using a range of research methods, and clearly demonstrates an understanding of when different methods are appropriate.
- Developing recommendations based on a variety of research outcomes, evaluating those outcomes to inform the product or service decision
- Usability testing of in-flight services; developing and testing the range of knowledge based verification questions that are being developed; carrying out Discovery research on customer credentials; and working on what's next on the product roadmap
