Contract Role
Competitive Day Rate - Outside of IR35
Remote - May require one day a week on-site in their Leeds office post COVID
The business is a technically excellent tech start-up with a long history in operational excellence and it's an exciting time to join them as they've seen huge growth and have exciting plans for the future.
The business works with a range of well known brands and household names and they help their clients bring together leading edge thinking to uncover valuable insights from data, solving real-world, difficult problems and driving cultural change.
They are now looking for a technically excellent JavaScript developer with an expert knowledge of React frameworks and AWS infrastructure would be desirable.
This is a contract role and the project is initially for 3 months, however it does have potential to be extended. You will be working alongside a team of dedicated consultants and your role will be focusing on building the Front End application and redesigning the UI for one the business's clients. In this role, you'll act as the SME for the Front End design and build.
You'll working with clients on behalf of the business and they require someone who's both technically excellent and has great communication skills.
As the business specialise in data and analytics, they are looking for individuals who are genuinely excited about the end to end data space and have a passion for technology.
What we are looking for:
- Expert JavaScript development skills
- Expert understanding of React.js and its core principles
- Experience working with AWS infrastructure such as Glue, EMR, Lambdas, S3, CloudWatch, API Gateway etc
- A basic understanding of Data, SQL, DynamoDB, Spark etc
- Excellent communication skills
The project is due to start on Monday 26th April, so please ensure you are available to commit to that start date is successful.
