We are currently working on a wide variety of assignments that include some major Digital Transformation initiatives, Regulatory and Compliance Programmes and Tools adoption projects where we are providing specialist technical and business services to a client base of primarily Tier 1 clients.
Requirements:
- Solid Agile Transformation experience
- Must be able to question busy managers and elicit their tacit knowledge
- Able to convert that knowledge into visual information for validation and collaboration
- Demonstrate facilitation skills (eg. support value stream mapping workshops)
- Convince us they can model 'as-is' operating models, structures, and processes.
