Role: Electronics Engineer
Location: Cheltenham/Remote
Duration: 6 months initially
Rate: Negotiable on experience
IR35 Status: Inside
We are currently recruiting a number Electronics Engineer for contracts based in Cheltenham working with an aviation company. The main focus will be to support on site team with physical verification.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Requirements based verification of Electronics Product.
- Requirement Validation,
- Test case development (Electronics test)
- Lab test of electronics modules.
- Primary focus on running in lab testing of electronics verification tests.
Standard Electrionics knowledge required - Ability to read and understand a Schematic, Ability to follow a test procedure and provide feedback on test procedure, ability to work with PCB technology including modifications/soldering of SMT components, used of standard lab test equipment (Oscilloscope, DMM, Function generator, Logic analyser etc)
Further Requirements:
- Be able to work independently or in an Engineering team.
- Be driven and able to take ownership of tasks.
- Be a clear and effective communicator.
