Data Science Practitioner
ASAP Start for 12 month contract.
Umbrella rate up to £395/day.
Advantage Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of a globally renowned Consultancy for a Data Science Analyst/Practitioner to focus on marketing analytics activities. As a Data Science Practitioner you will develop marketing measurement solutions and work with stakeholders to define how we measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across multiple EMEA markets and B2B products.
The role requires an extremely proactive individual with high attention to detail who can solve ambiguous problems without oversight.
Advanced SQL skills and the ability to handle complex data sources to build various reports/dashboards & derive business insights are required in this role.
Knowledge of statistics and R/Python is essential and experience in marketing is a plus.
Responsibilities:
. Build high quality data solutions across multiple products and markets, including dynamic dashboards and reports for leadership
. Identify customer behaviour through complex data sets and perform product analysis on customer owned products
. Design new methodologies to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and attribution to product OKRs
. Collaborate across internal teams and manage opportunities to improve processes and help others become more data-savvy
. Data Analysis and Insight Generation: communicate results and insights with senior stakeholders across EMEA
. Build complex datasets for marketing campaigns and tests
Exceptional candidates will offer the following:
. Advanced SQL skills
. Knowledge of R or Python
. Data analytics and statistics
. Marketing analytics, statistical modelling, forecasting and optimization.
. Experience in data management systems and data science solutions (Google Analytics, Search)
. Search, SEO and digital media experience
. Understanding of media and the statistical algorithms typically used in marketing analytics
. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally & proactive attitude
