Description

My client, a Central Government Department, require a new interim Comms & Engagement Manager to start in the next 2-3 weeks;

  • Experience with liaising with internal and external key contacts
  • Experience of organising and managing meetings and events administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under time pressure and achieve deadlines
  • Good organisation skills
  • Working to multiple people
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong problem-solving ability

Specific role:

  • Maintain distribution lists for engagement purposes
  • Finalising logistics and then servicing the webinars as they happen
  • Technical support on the call, taking notes and actions, getting answers,
  • Chasing policy, sending out answers, updating Q&As and slide decks.
  • Admin experience, strong IT
  • Taking actions and notes at meetings
  • Maintaining SharePoint areas and documentation
  • Enquiry handling from internal and external stakeholders
  • Information gathering and research tasks
  • Shared mailbox management
  • Transcribing content for webinar videos
