Description
My client, a Central Government Department, require a new interim Comms & Engagement Manager to start in the next 2-3 weeks;
- Experience with liaising with internal and external key contacts
- Experience of organising and managing meetings and events administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under time pressure and achieve deadlines
- Good organisation skills
- Working to multiple people
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Strong problem-solving ability
Specific role:
- Maintain distribution lists for engagement purposes
- Finalising logistics and then servicing the webinars as they happen
- Technical support on the call, taking notes and actions, getting answers,
- Chasing policy, sending out answers, updating Q&As and slide decks.
- Admin experience, strong IT
- Taking actions and notes at meetings
- Maintaining SharePoint areas and documentation
- Enquiry handling from internal and external stakeholders
- Information gathering and research tasks
- Shared mailbox management
- Transcribing content for webinar videos
