Description
Orbis Consultants are looking for an Agile BA with experience in Fixed Income to join one of our European Customers on a long term contract basis, we are looking for someone with the following skills and backgrounds, if you feel you are suitable below, please respond to the advert and one of our consultants will be in contact with you to discuss the opportunity:
Consultant Profile:
- Have strong knowledge of Fixed Income Asset Class.
- Able to work as part of Scrum Teams leveraging Scrum or Kanban;
- Experience in creating and managing Product Backlog Items of various granularity (Epics, Features, Work Items) on a Product Backlog;
- Experience in discovering and managing dependencies between Product Backlog Items whilst continuously refining the Product Backlog;
- Experience in using and applying Lean principles for software development;
- Experience in contributing to Product Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective meetings as a member of the Development Team;
- Good understanding of continuously interpreting typical Agile progress and flow metrics;
- Experience in Scaled Agile frameworks such as Nexus, Spotify, SAFe, or LeSS; and,
- Experience in managing the Product Backlog in tooling such as either JIRA (Atlassian) or Azure DevOps (Microsoft).
- Desirable is knowledge of Open Shift Cloud, Java, Microservices, Kafka, Mongo and Apache.
