Product Manager - Credit Cards
Our retail client are looking for a Product Manager who has experience with credit cards to join their team on a contract basis. You would be working with the team to share the requirements and specification of their new credit card product. This role will be remote initially, with the requirement to visit the clients office in West London 2 -3 times per week in the future.
You would be responsible for managing the product life cycle to deliver market leading performance. You would identify development opportunities and seek to maximise customer value and return and be responsible for developing, leading and driving the New Business/In Life strategy to deliver the agreed commercial performance; leading a cross-functional team of internal professions and 3rd party suppliers.
To be considered you must have credit card experience within a business role.
Key responsibilities
Set clear intent, direction and guardrails to achieve outcomes, aligned to the strategy.
Leverage insight and internal and external networks to keep abreast of key customer requirements, market conditions and trends, including technological advancements.
Own business processes, frameworks and tools within your area, continuously improving them to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop, lead and deliver the product strategy to maximise value in line with agreed objectives balancing customer and commercial objectives. Manage key metrics eg LTV, sales, income
Lead on product development and the product roadmap (product, pricing etc)
Manage key Third Party commercial relationships
Play a key role in the overall leadership and success of the Commercial/Product Management team
