CPS Group UK are delighted to be seeking a Digital Campaign Executive with good understand of, and experience of working in a Media or Digital Agency environment, coordinating, and delivering creative digital campaigns.

The Digital Campaign Executive will be the primary point of contact and responsible for communication for Senior Marketing & media teams, whilst also liaising with in-house creatives, content strategists, research, and finance to ensure campaign objectives are met and that the campaign is ultimately delivered on time, to brief.

Role

* To manage commercial brand partnerships across for regional and global accounts
* Collate the core brand partnerships assets including content production, media distribution and amplification across media platforms including, but not limited to linear, digital, social, and print
* The coordinator is responsible for ensuring the fulfilment of all partnership elements, managing communications between clients and brand teams, media planning, timelines, partnership plans and internal and external reporting of status updates
* The role will involve daily email and telephone liaison with multiple stakeholders
* The coordinator will report into the Senior Manager of Partnerships on a day-to-day basis but will be expected to deliver regular updates to the relevant stakeholder(s) for commercial partnerships.

Responsibilities

* Main point of contact and responsible for communication with for senior client Marketing and Media teams
* You will be responsible for liaising with in-house creative studio, content strategists, research, finance and media teams, throughout the campaign period to ensure that campaign goals and deadlines are met and client expectations are managed
* You will be servicing incoming client requests and providing the client with regular project updates
* You will create and manage project documentation including status reports, timelines, content briefs, media plans, monthly media reports and invoicing administration
* You will communicate regular project progress updates with internal stakeholders

Candidate Specification & Required Experience

You will have notable experience within the client solutions division in a media organisation or full-service project management agency.
* Proven experience of project management in a media environment
* Proven experience of delivering digital and social branded content campaigns from brief to live
* Understanding of advertising, digital media and the solution response process.
* Excellent relationship building skills internally and externally with clients and media agencies
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Enthusiasm: a positive can-do attitude
* Integrity: set the standard for quality and professionalism as a representative for the brand
