Description

A global investment management client of mine are currently looking for an experienced second line engineer/service desk analyst for a rolling 3 month contract. This is an urgent requirement covering US hours working 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday at £200 per day fully remote.

Key requirements below -

  • Ticket management
  • Incident/problem management
  • application support with office products
  • User administration
  • Device set up
  • Software - Windows 10, IOS, O365, Teams, Sharepoint
  • Infra Apps - Intune, AD, SCCM, Cherwell/Servicenow

This is a requirement for a new starter to be on site by Monday 19th so please send your CV ASAP if you're available immediately and happy with these working hours.
