Description
A global investment management client of mine are currently looking for an experienced second line engineer/service desk analyst for a rolling 3 month contract. This is an urgent requirement covering US hours working 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday at £200 per day fully remote.

- Ticket management
- Incident/problem management
- application support with office products
- User administration
- Device set up
- Software - Windows 10, IOS, O365, Teams, Sharepoint
- Infra Apps - Intune, AD, SCCM, Cherwell/Servicenow
