Finance Admin required for an immediate start
4 month initial contract with a view to extend
Fully remote so can be based anywhere in the UK
The role will be supporting an integration stage between different companies to enhance business execution and revenue flow
The candidate will
- Communicates with Operations leadership team to ensure satisfaction with project progress.
- Monitors project support needs and ensure they are met
- Prepares basic reports and presentations; assists with document creation for both content and administrative tasks.
- Gather relevant material needed for documents.
- Ensures the compliance for best practices and standards for document production.
- Follows best practices to enhance core work processes and work flow to improve quality of service delivery.
- Coordinates appropriate orientation and on-going education/training of all support staff
Required skills
- Admin background- 2+ years experience
- Good with Excel
- Confident and organised
- Excellent phone manner
- ideally immediately available or available at short notice
- Self-starter
