Salesforce Technical Lead - Visualforce - APEX - Inside IR35
Square One Resources are looking for a Certified Salesforce Technical Lead to join a 6-month project, initially working from home.

Must-Have:
- ADM201 (Admin) certification
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification.
- Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Certification
- Deep real-world Salesforce.com integration deliveries of enterprise software systems using industry standard environments such as XML, HTTP/HTTPS, Java, C++, and ASP
- SOA and batch integration experience
- Experience of several real-world client deliveries
Responsibilities:
- Lead large technical teams on Salesforce.com projects
- Help teams coming up with innovative solutions with their own hands-on approach
- Map out the architecture for global implementations on Salesforce and allied eco-system components
- Coding in APEX, Visualforce, HTML, formulae and complimentary Scripting tools such as ANT
- Code version control experience (GIT,SVN, other)
- Liaise closely with the functional and client business teams
- Lead requirement gathering sessions (use of Jira)
- Lead technical design sessions
- Authoring and reviewing design artefacts
- Managing the delivery of integration's and custom extensions
- Managing scope creep and client expectations
- Providing hands on expert level assistance to developers on technical issues (mentoring)
- Designing and managing the execution of test plans
- Ensuring quality rules as enforced and that all work-packages delivered are quality
