Agile Delivery Manager (DV Cleared)

Duration: 12 months

IR35: PAYE via Umbrella

Location: Chelt (could be mix of London/Chelt)

Charge rate max: £525.00

Clearance: DV Clearance Required

The Role

Our client are looking to attract experienced candidates with a proven delivery and consulting background with an emphasis on agile delivery management, primarily scaled agile in a SAFe environment

Skills and experience:

  • A proven and successful background in delivery management. With a broad range of management and project management skills. An in-depth knowledge of at least one relevant business sector. May be a noted expert in an industry sector or specific functional area.
  • Agile Project Management Qualification (eg Scrum, SAFe, Agile PM)
  • Commercial skills with a proven understanding of bidding and contract management/award preferred. Experience procurement and acquisition cycles.
  • Strong record in supplier management with some experience of financial management
  • Demonstrable experience of working on projects and assignments, with evidence of responsibility to deliver in time pressured and complex technical or intense stakeholder environments.
  • Experience and delivery of the processes and products involved in successful project planning and implementation.
  • Problem identification, report writing, recommending actions working knowledge of financial processes and ability to report financial data would be advantageous.
  • Planning, monitoring and reporting, with P6, Microsoft Project or JIRA experience desirable

Responsibilities

  • Expected to work with clients, with responsibility for achieving client satisfaction, producing deliverables to expected quality and within commercial constraints.
  • Will need to build and maintain strong client relationships as will be Embedded in the client's delivery teams working directly with client staff and consultants from other organisations.
  • Contribute and collaborate with a range of stakeholders routinely. Being adaptable and flexible to suit the circumstances, being prepared to work either at a high-level or at a detailed level when its required.
  • Will support business development by identifying and exploiting new business opportunities.
