Project Manager - Financial Services - London - Contract £550/£600 per day (Inside IR35) - HR/M&A
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and coordinates with a newly created Branch Optimisation Team, HR Teams, and Branch/District teams, and other stakeholder groups (eg, IT, Digital) to develop/execute project strategies and plans.
- Lead project throughout the project life cycle including Planning & Analysis, Phase & Design Reviews, Execution & Solution Deployment, and Project Closure.
- Leads the overarching team Branch Optimisation Work stream from a Project Management perspective, and mobilises/leads a Task Force of contributors for each branch merger.
- Executes to the strategy/plan, anticipating problems and managing program risks and issues with escalation as appropriate
- Ensures Business, Functional and Technical elements are documented and maintained via the contributing resources.
Skills
- Integrations/mergers and optimisation project management experience.
- Skilled communicator with stakeholders
- Experience leading multiple integrations including experience managing people, processes, and technologies (where required).
- Experience with engaging stakeholders to capture and prioritize business needs.
