Hybrid Role: Windows 10 Image Build and Configuration and 3rd Line Infrastructure Support.

6 month contract initially (extensions likely)
London (remote working initially)

Rate: £315 per day
An IT Managed Services business requires an experienced 3rd Line Engineer for a hybrid role involving Windows 10 project work and 3rd Line Infrastructure Support. The successful candidate will support a Global client account, and will be responsible for a mix of project work and BAU tasks.
A large proportion of the role will focus on design, build and deployment of the client's new Windows 10 image.
Experience Required:
- Win 10 project background - this MUST be in build and configuration of the image.
- SCCM/Intune
- MS Teams Support
- Strong general 3rd Line Infrastructure Support skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
