My client, a large FTSE 250, is searching for Mobile Automation Tester to join them as soon as possible! This is a greenfield project and the client is looking for a leader within the quality space, who has hands on experience with Mobile Test Automation. This is a great role for someone who wants autonomy where they can shape and own their own role.
The team are currently building several greenfield flutter mobile applications and the successful Mobile automation tester will be responsible for building Mobile Automation frameworks from scratch using Appium.
The ideal Tester will have the following experience:-
- Championing testing, effective test automation and good testing practices writing and executing effective functional tests, carrying out exploratory testing]
- Solid Mobile Automation experience ideally using Appium, but others are fine to
- Automating functional and regression tests using well-structured maintainable code
- Actively supporting agile development methods and best practices
- Supporting and actively working towards test driven development and test automation
- Helping to improve processes and procedures
- Raising descriptive and useful bug reports
- Quickly acquiring new testing skills and working with new technologies with little support
- Working with other testers and teams to ensure the spread of good practices and knowledge
- Assisting with the setting up and configuration of build and test environments
