Description
We are currently working exclusively with a high growth online E-commerce retailer based in Cheltenham and are recruiting on their behalf for a Contract Java Developer
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the existing and future development of our E-commerce platforms by providing high quality development and recommendations for improvements, working collaboratively with colleagues across the Digital function.
This contract will suit someone with solid experience in Java development, who are passionate to make a difference and become a part of a team supporting a truly global business.
Skills required:
- Strong experience of developing solutions using Java
- Ideally experience with Nodejs
- Ideally experience with Angular
- Test Driven Development (TDD), Spring and Angular is also desirable
- Capable of communicating technical guidance and instruction to users and the wider business
- Familiar with the development life cycle and able to work collaboratively with other teams
ROLE: Java Developer (Contract)
DAY RATE: £500-£550
LENGTH: Initial 6 months with the potential to extend
