Sales/Channel Manager- London- Contract- 12 Months- £200-£205 day rate
A global technology company are looking for an experienced Sales/Channel manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Build a high performing team that delivers against defined objectives
Optimise the sales levers to produce the best possible close ratio an ensure consistency of tracking and measurement across all channels
Lead and participate in weekly/monthly sales reviews to drive key business performance metrics
Provide product support, sales coaching and training to the sales team including day to day operational inquiries
Be one of the key leads to identify, analyse and implement process improvements and sales outcomes
Collaborate with teams across the globe
Combine data and insights leading to quick and effective decision making
Test new ideas, combining data and insight to learn and innovate rapidly
Skills/Experience:
Previous sales and/or channel management experience especially within a telesales environment
Demonstrated ability to work in an environment covering various time zones
Customer focused
Excellent creative problem solving skills, ability to glean insights, develop a vision and make it come to life with actionable plans
Ability to influence effectively across cross- functional teams
Analytical mindset
Experience working in a fast paced environment focused on growth
Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a sales environment
Accounting or FinTech industry experience is desirable
