Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist
OUTSIDE IR35 - £400 PER DAY - 3 months
My Client has already implemented Oracle Cloud HCM and now needs a Reporting Specialist to help with Data, Reports, and Application support
Responsibilities/requirements
- First point of contact for all things data and reporting related
- Oracle HCM Cloud super-user and working with the associated analytical tools (SQL, OTBI)
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to HR and the wider business.
- Regular reporting to include monthly HR reporting on absence and attrition.
- Creation and maintenance of new reports
- Troubleshoot and analyse any issues with existing reporting estate
- Work with our 3rd party managed service provider to resolve reporting related requests
- Data integrity checks on the HR system to ensure validity of data and attributes
- Support projects and programmes with data and insight as required
- Be the first point of contact for integrations support
- Assist in the Quarterly Oracle HCM Testing ahead of the production drop
- Proficient in the use of Oracle SQL
- Proficient in the use of MS Office products, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
