HR Reporting Analyst (HCM)
Rate - £400 - 6 months rolling contract - This opportunity will be 100% remote interview process with scope to start 100% remotely due to the current COVID 19 situation utilising Microsoft Teams.

A market-leading organisation that is revolutionising the UK and International markets within Media, Broadcasting and Green Energy is currently hiring a HR Reporting Analyst to manipulate and interrogate Data from there HR System (Oracle HCM Cloud). This is a fully remote OUTSIDE IR 35 contract opportunity paying up to £400 per day to start IMMEDIATELY.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for all things data and reporting related, using our HR System (Oracle HCM Cloud) and the associated analytical tools
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to HR and the wider business. Regular reporting to include monthly HR reporting on absence and attrition.
- Support the HR Reporting and systems manager with the creation and maintenance of new reports in line with the People and Culture reporting strategy
- Troubleshoot and analyse any issues with existing reporting estate
- Work with our 3rd party managed service provider to resolve reporting related requests where applicable
- Complete data integrity checks on the HR system to ensure validity of data and attributes
- Support projects and programmes with data and insight as required
- Be the first point of contact for integrations support
- Assist in the Quarterly Oracle HCM Testing cycle to ensure reports are checked thoroughly ahead of the production drop
Technical Requirements
- Working knowledge of HR systems, preferably Cloud based applications
- Strong experience in presenting information and data, including ability to tell stories with data
- Experience of HR technology supplier relationship management
- Proficient in the use of Oracle SQL
- Proficient in the use of MS Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in the use of data analytics applications and tools, preferably Oracle OTBI
