Job Profile
The role of the Content Delivery Manager is accountable for overseeing the day-to-day development of select EMEA public websites. This role requires close collaboration with regional market stakeholders to understand goals and objectives. The Content Delivery Manager is responsible for organising and overseeing public website solutions in line with our global standards. The role holder will also drive continuous improvement to the regional websites they oversee.
This role will carry out all of the following activities
- Work with a variety of stakeholders, supporting content development that adheres to global standards whilst maintaining local market sensitivity
- Own the roadmap for specific EMEA public websites, responsible for forecasting, estimations and contingency planning
- Serve as the single escalation point and public website liaison for specific EMEA markets or regions
- Maintain delivery momentum by ensuring cross-functional teams and the local market work towards delivery commitments
- Help stakeholders develop requirements for public website changes, and call upon other digital disciplines to shape solutions in line with global standards and best practices
- Collaborate with other digital discipline leads and ensure public website changes align with overall prioritisation of activities across all digital operations
The ideal candidate will have:
- Have experience working in a relevant digital environment (eg Marketing, Content Production)
- Have experience using agile or lean methodologies
- Have excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Understand the environment and prioritise the most important or highest value tasks
- Be able to bring people together to form a motivated team and maintain a swift delivery pace and cadence
- Be able to give and receive feedback, facilitating the feedback loop
- Be able to manage the expectation of all stakeholders, being proactive in communication and facilitating difficult discussions
- Be able to effectively track and mitigate risks to delivery plans
- Be adept in Jira and Confluence
Desirable:
- Experience of using relevant software packages, ie An understanding of web technology tools: XML, HTML, Photoshop, AEM, Adobe Test & Target, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics
- Content strategy experience
- Content design experience
