£150p/d - 3 months contract - Inside IR35

Service Desk, Office 365, Windows 7/10, Server, ServiceNow, ITIL, Help Desk, Network, etc

A large end user is looking for a 1st Line Support/Service Desk to join the team.

This role will provide L1 technical and operational support to IT group. The ideal candidate will have service desk or 1st line support function experience.

Ideal candidate will have below experience:

  • 1st Line Support/Service Desk by trade and background
  • Provide first level service support
  • Service Desk experience is a MUST
  • Experience in managing incidents and working to SLA processes
  • Strong problems solving skills
  • Ability to perform 1st line support (including telephone and email)
  • ITIL experience is KEY
  • Technologies knowledge: Service Desk, Office 365, Windows 7/10, Server, ServiceNow, ITIL, Help Desk, Network, etc
