Data Analyst - Inside IR35
Prestigious London based client requires an accomplished Data Analyst to support a global data pipeline project. This is an urgent role and the successful candidates will need to start in the next 2 weeks. Previous experience of managing large datasets as well as solid Python, is essential. This role is inside IR35 and initially remote working until office re-opens.
Essential
*Previous commodity data skills desirable
*Ability to retrieve, interrogate, manipulate and analyse data and presenting findings.
*Management of data pipelines/data structures
*Ability to manage large datasets.
*Solid Scripting in Python, Pandas, NumPy, PostgresSQL, SQL
*Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills with a meticulous eye for detail
*Experience of processes in agile work streams driving data quality and improvement, experience of Visual Studio (VSTS)
*A Strong track record and demonstrable interest in analysing data.
*Knowledge/interest of energy markets or energy data desirable
*Ability to investigate data and do comparisons.
*Ability to feedback well to managers/developers/product teams.
