2nd Line Support Engineer - 12 Month Contract - £200 - £220 Per Day (Inside IR35) - Birmingham

I am currently supporting a key Public Sector client seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join the team throughout an exciting period of new projects being implemented. You will be joining an established team providing support to a large organisation in a busy function.

2nd Line Support Engineer Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support on Microsoft Windows Server
  • Provide support on Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
  • Deal with queries relating to Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, etc.
  • Endpoint Configuration Management.
  • Virtualisation solutions (VMware).
  • Security & vulnerability management.

This role will offer excellent exposure to a fast paced project environment and for the right candidate will offer multiple future opportunities.
