2nd Line Support Engineer - 12 Month Contract - £200 - £220 Per Day (Inside IR35) - Birmingham
I am currently supporting a key Public Sector client seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join the team throughout an exciting period of new projects being implemented. You will be joining an established team providing support to a large organisation in a busy function.
2nd Line Support Engineer Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support on Microsoft Windows Server
- Provide support on Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
- Deal with queries relating to Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, etc.
- Endpoint Configuration Management.
- Virtualisation solutions (VMware).
- Security & vulnerability management.
