ITIL Business Analyst | Up to £550 a day inside IR35 | 6 months (3+3)
This will initially be a home based opportunity
Our client is recruiting for a Senior ITIL Business Analyst to Capture, document and agree with stakeholders all key IT requirements through transition of IT Service from suppliers to in-house and in support of IT requirements for all other services transitioning from Suppliers to in-house.
This is a large scale transition and previous experience on large scale projects is essential.
The role:
- Define and document IT Service Management requirements/specifications
- Work with the Solutions Architect to document the end to end operational service/system maps (user perspective)
- Define and document non-functional requirements (security, reliability, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability etc.) from existing supplier or drafting them from scratch where not available
- Work with the third-party suppliers to inform Service Design (contact centre for example)
- Support the transition of the following Service: Communications, Data, Debt, Contact Centre, Compliance and Enforcement and IT
- Have experience of Supplier Management and Procurement
- Business Stakeholder Management
- Manage the definition of services and operational readiness
- Manage post implementation reviews
Must Haves:
- Broad working knowledge of all ITIL life cycle processes/methodologies
- Experience within ITIL Service Operation, Service Design and Service Transition frameworks Strong ability to translate IT Service Requirements into tangible deliverables
- Ability to gather entire service life cycle requirements, both technical and service management elements
- Experience in a Technical/IT BA role with relevant BA skills (creating and maintaining requirements catalogues, writing user stories, BPMN)
- Experience of working in large and complex, fast paced change environments
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
