Network Engineer - Data centre - Cisco ACI - England
Empiric has received exclusive instructions from one of the world's most innovative consultancy's, for a network engineer with strong Data centre knowledge and also understands Cisco ACI.
Experience with Load balancing, Underlay & Overlay, VXLAN, Micro segmentation, network fabric cloud, DNS, DHCP, IPAM solutions is a must while experience with Shell, Python, Java and JSON on various automation and integration requirements would be a big strength
This exciting opportunity will both challenge and improve your Network engineering skills to the max and enhance your competences.
Skills/experience required:
- holistic solution design, making sure that cross-functional considerations are incorporated into the functional and technical design specifications, focusing on strategic business capabilities and requirements
- Develop HLD, LLD, implementation plan and AS-BUILT documents
- Network strategy and consultancy services. (preparation and validation of BoM, network assessment reports, SoW and project plans)
- Excellent understanding of Cisco ACI & Hands on experience in ACI implementation (hands-on experience Cisco ACI is a must)
Term: 12 to 18 months plus possible extensions
