Description
Service Desk Analyst is required for a contract role with a global business consultancy in Central London with potential for long-term extensions.
START: YOU MUST BE ABLE TO START WITH 1 WEEK NOTICE
SHIFTS: The role is expected to have a weekly alternating shift pattern:
1) 9:30 am - 6 pm
2) 2pm - 10:30 pm
As an experienced Service Desk Analyst you will be providing remote support via ServiceNow to a large number of users across EMEA and the US.
Technical Experience Required:
- Working experience of O365 and Office 2010 products
- Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, FTP, Print Services and security certificates
- Knowledge of Citrix XenApp and VPN technologies
- Exchange Management Server knowledge
- ITILv3 Foundation certification - (ideally)
Any experience of working within a professional services environment would be highly advantageous but not essential, ie. Law/Legal, Bank, Financial Services, Accountancy, Consultancy etc
