I have a 2nd Line Support role working for client who are based in Boston on a 3 month contract basis

Microsoft Server Stack
Client O/S
AV
Backup
O365
Day-to-day responsibilities
Monitor Backup
*Backup Exec File Backup to Tape - Rotate Tapes
*Snapshot to SAN at another site using Altaro
*Might not have an effective DR plan
Server Patching
Deploying new Servers
Basic Server Maintenance
Some client maintenance, normally resolving AV/vulnerability issues
Working hours (estimated if needed)
