My London based client are looking for a Change Lead to join an exciting and fast paced CRM (Dynamics) implementation Programme.
The Change Lead will be responsible for managing all of the business change workstream on the CRM Programme.
The Change lead will have the overall responsibility to ensure that the business successfully adopts the CRM technology by scoping, planning and delivering the process and people change activities.
They will be responsible for leading all of the change activities including scoping the change approach, conducting stakeholder analysis, conducting change impact reviews, delivering change impact analysis, writing communications plans (including content initially), engaging with the business and teams to ensure they are ready for change and organising and delivering training.
Skills;
- Experience as a CRM Change Lead
- Conduct business readiness & impact assessments
- Apply a CRM change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the CRM programme
- Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
- Helps to explain features of benefits of the CRM functions to impacted teams
- Provides input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of the CRM training
- Act as a change advocate to deliver CRM change into the wider business
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Support change management at the organizational levels
