Are you looking for a Team Lead/Manager position?
We are looking for 2 Team Leaders for a 6 to 12 month contract in Heerlen or Amsterdam.
- Each team lead manages a team of about 5 to 10 people.
- The guidance of the individual employees in the transition of the department has two aspects: facilitating/stretching towards the generic consultancy profile and a broader personal orientation towards the future.
- The guidance of the teams also includes managing the deployment in assignments, being the sounding board for issues in the assignments
- Managing the relationships with the clients
- Performing retraining on the assignments
- Maintaining/developing professional knowledge
- Working within Corona conditions (both individually, as a team and in assignments).
Function requirements
- The Team Leads we are looking for are organization-sensitive, flexible and driven.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and are not afraid to act decisively when necessary.
- In addition to an enthusiastic and inspiring style, we also like to see a 'can do' mentality in you.
- Guidance of individual employees requires demonstrable experience with and skills for individual coaching, with attention to personal issues of employees in that transition.
- Coaching teams requires demonstrable experience in managing teams in a changing, complex context and consultancy experience in (medium to large) organizations.
- Sufficient knowledge of and affinity with relevant methods (Agile, Lean, etc.) is crucial in order to connect well with employees.
- Furthermore we ask for a completed academic education (eg business administration or change management), with 8 - 12 years of relevant work experience with (complex) transformations.
