My client a leading and global consultancy are looking to hire an experienced Delivery Lead to develop and design a detailed operating model and organisation design, driving application of workforce location Optimisation.
As a Delivery lead within operational excellence, you will be responsible for the following
- Develop divisional plan for op model, org design and synergy targets considering overall HR Wave plans
- Perform impact assessment on the team capabilities and sizing based on the latest Asset Distribution Portfolio, and maintain divisional FTE baseline
- Develop detailed Operating Model design (preferably L3/L4 level)
- Develop detailed Organisation Design (N+4 onwards) considering the capabilities/service lines in the defined Operating Model
- Perform FTE mapping/resource pooling to the target state Organisation Design in Orgvue
- Perform Organisation Design Health Metrics check with supporting client HR teams
In order to be a good match for this position as a Senior Project Manager you will have experience of the following:
- Operating Model design and implementation
- Spans and Layers implementation
- Workforce reduction/migration
- Agile experience (desired)
