Overview of Digital Product Manage vacancy :

Digital Healthcare Information plays an increasingly important role in our daily lives. Whether it's through accessing a public facing website to find medical information or a doctor accessing a clinical portal to view patent data. This Assistant Product Manager job vacancy is available at a Healthcare Information Company for a Fixed Term Contract of 9 months.

You will have the opportunity to support the Senior Digital Product Manager in :

  • Carrying out User Research in order to gather insights so as to inform the development of new digital products and build enhancements to existing products
  • Ideation so as to address project goals and create Products to meet user needs
  • Delivering of the Digital Products, including management of Product Backlog, through a Product Development Process
  • You will benefit from gaining experience in the innovation, and delivery of complex high value digital healthcare information products. Moreover you will benefit from the mentoring of a highly experienced Digital Healthcare Product Manager

    Candidate Criteria : Assistant Digital Product Manager (Healthcare Information)

    • Awareness of User Centred Design (UCD) process relating to digital products is required
    • Because the digital products must comply with best practice and industry standards it's helpful if you have an understanding of standards, such as W3C accessibility standards
    • As this is a complex environment with clinical, patient, and technical teams you will show the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
    • Because good research is necessary for Development you will need to demonstrate experience of carrying out and/or commissioning User Research.
    • You will have experience of ensuring products take account of UX and Stakeholder Insights
    • Continual Product Testing as well as measuring of value is essential to the delivery of good Products and therefore you will need to show experience of applying Experimentation and Analytics to inform Product Innovation and Enhancements.
    • It's important that you are able to demonstrate experience of planning and managing complex activity schedules in order to ensure good project management across multiple projects.
    • It is essential that you demonstrate experience of liaising with Technical Teams so that you can create Requirements Documentation, and Progress Reports.
    • The following software skills are required :
      • MS Project,
      • Azure DevOps
      • Visio
      • Quality Management Software (QMS) such as Q-Pulse or similar

    Note : This job is available as a 9 month fixed term contract
