Description
Business Analyst - Data Protection• 8+ Years of experience working as Business Analyst.
• Experience of working in Agile software development methodologies.
• Ability to understand customer needs draft user stories and use cases from High level requirements.
• Knowledge of Data Leakage Prevention Products and Technologies(Symantec, McAfee, Microsoft etc)
• Requirements specification
• Engagement with Stakeholders (understanding business feedback and translating them to technical requirements)
• Documenting and presenting project relevant artifacts
• Reviewing data and helping with service reporting and metrics
• Communication and coordination of tasks with business and technical teams
• Agile methodology knowledge (scrum master experience is nice to have)
• Project management methodology knowledge is a plus as well as IT process and technology experience/ knowledge
Good to have:
• Knowledge of Core Information Security Concepts related to Governance, Risk and Compliance.
• Knowledge of Incident Management and Event handling tools(Service Now)
Soft Skill:
• Proven effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proven excellent presentation and documentation skills (Visio, PowerPoint, Word and Confluence is a must)
