Our client has an opportunity for an experienced SAP PP Business Analyst to join its systems development team, based in Ireland.This is a 3month + contract and offers an excellent opportunity to work on SAP implementation and continuous improvement projects in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Our client operates SAP R/3, BW, CRM and SEM across multiple locations in Ireland, UK, US and Europe with a Business Systems user base of approximately 1,600 users. The deployment and continuous improvement of these platforms is driven by an in-house centre of excellence, comprising SAP-certified Business Analysts, together with a Customer Competency Centre, which provides SAP support to the user community.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Participate in relevant implementations and continuous improvement initiatives, including design, configuration, testing and implementation.
• Provide SAP expert knowledge in the functional area of Production Planning to respond to business requirements, and position potential solutions.
• Develop relationships with Business Key Users to drive the effectiveness of the SAP solution.
• Acquire knowledge of emerging functionality / solutions, and contribute to their successful implementation within the businesses where appropriate.
• Assist with the resolution of complex application support and maintenance issues where relevant.
