Java Developer/Contract/£475 per day inside iR35/Start date 19th of April/6 months

Technical skills
Must have:
- Java
- Kubernetes
- Containers
- Cloud (AWS or Azure)
- Kafka
Nice to have:
- Helm
- Confluent Kafka (Confluent Platform or Confluent Cloud, Confluent Connectors)
- Kafka Streams
- Jenkins/Groovy Scripts
- AWS
Other:
- Agile, preferably experience of Scrum and the Scrum ceremonies, defining user stories, task management
- Use of git for source control, GitHub use desirable
- TDD approach to development
- DevOps experience, with fully automated CI/CD
- Coaching mindset, willing to help others less experienced, working well with others
- Must be an experienced developer, good with the customer, working in a customer's team that need direction
- Experience of building microservices and best practices that come with building Kubernetes applications
- Willing to show technical leadership
- Experience of building distributed Back End systems that are 24x7, resilient, scalable
