Product Owner (3 + years experience from financial or security organization)
The security department of one of the largest financial enterprises in the Netherlands is looking for a Product Owner.
The (Scrum) Product Owner needs to feel ownership of the product from a changing and running perspective, and a keen sense of how to use agile practices and Scrum to maximize that value.
Currently, the teams are busy with a shift in their applications and systems and with a migration to the Azure Cloud. Some new teams are being created for the purpose to dedicate efforts in the related tasks and as a PO you would be responsible from 1 to 2 teams maximum.
The tasks very from prioritizing stories and maximizing business value to keeping a good relationship with stakeholders in and out the security department.
Profile:
* + 3 years of experience as product owner in corporate environment (financial services or security background would be particularly relevant)
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills, being able to address customer issues and possible impact
* A passion for Information Security solutions
* Proven experience in transforming business requirements into clear user stories
Nice to have:
* Experience with multi-cultural teams
* Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org, Product Owner and/or ScrumMaster certification is highly desirable
