World Leading Energy Company have an exciting opportunity for a Data Strategy & Governance Consultant to join on an IRM project to transform the currently bespoke IRM processes to industry-based processes. At the same time, the current view of IT Risk on the Enterprise Risk Platform through integration will be met.

About the Role and Project
* To facilitate that per IT asset we can show inherent risks, accepted risks, selected controls, effectiveness of the selected controls and residual risk
* To deploy solutions out of the box, following the strategy of Market Standard unless
* To have a user-friendly solution, easily adaptable by users (note: this will involve change management around taking end users on the journey and having them involved in the design)
* To move away from the current, very company-specific, Control Framework, managed in a very customized application, Collective, to using the new COBIT-based IBIC Control Framework managed through a market-standard SaaS solution, ServiceNow
* To update and implement relevant IRM processes where required, such that they fit both the IBIC framework and the ServiceNow platform configuration without any customization needed
* Design of the data strategy, incl data migration strategy
* Data enrichment of the current CMDB database to allow for the new processes
* Data enrichment to allow for automation
* Data mapping from Legacy tools to new SN GRC tooling
* Data migration from Legacy to new systems during go-live
* Testing by the users by supplying data
* Design of deployment strategy

About You
* Experience with supporting large transformational projects, from bespoke processes to market std
* Experience with ServiceNow IRM Pro & VRM
* Experience with moving from RSA archer to ServiceNow IRM Pro
* Experience in the energy sector, preferably peer company implementation experience
* Strong in Business Process, Governance, Roles & Responsibilities design & implementation
* Strong communication and team interaction skills
* Proactive, flexible and deadline-focused in a fast-moving programme environment
* Ability to challenge constructively both upwards, sideways and downwards
* Awareness of Project Management, Agile/Scrum as Transformation Change methods

This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
