Full stack Engineer
Gazelle is looking for a senior Java engineer to join our client's team and help drive their digital innovation agenda. It would be good if you do not only have Back End experience, but the team can also really use some Front End experience too. Strong attention to detail, curiosity and value adding insights help to realize the client's goals. The ideal Full Stack Engineer will have the following responsibilities:
* Implementation of DevOps culture, processes, and tools
* Further introduction of automation within our department
* Continuous improvement of our operational processes to provide the best possible service to our internal and external customers.
* Refine, design, build, implement and support one of our applications.
* Set up infrastructure and maintain it.
* Continuous improvement of test automation, implementations, and operational tasks (CI/CD)
* Solve production incidents 24/7 together with your DevOps team.
* Continuous improvement of software development
* Collaborate with various Business and IT parties to produce excellent results for our customers.
The ideal Full Stack Engineer must have the following experience:
* Back End Java developer with preferably Front End experience as well with at least 5 years of experience.
* BSc or MSc in computer science or relevant field.
* You have strong Java and IT skills, such as Spring Boot, REST, API, JavaScript, SQL, SonarQube, Fortify, OWASP, CI/CD,
* You are familiar with the latest open-source developments in your area of expertise.
* You are familiar with Cloud development, preferably Azure.
* You have an exploratory mindset, on the lookout for new developments.
* You have a keen interest in security.
* Fluent in English.
