Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Azure Developer to start ASAP on a 3 - 6 moth contract with a view to extend thereafter as part of a large programme of work.
The role will be remote working from home and has been determined Outside of IR35.
The client is specifically looking for a Senior Developer who can hit the ground running and has proven experienced successfully working remotely as part of a team. Your expertise will be used on the greenfield Azure project.
Key Skills/Experience
- Min 3 years' experience as an Azure Developer/Cloud Developer
- Azure Functions
- Logic Apps
- Azure AD
- Azure Oauth
- Azure Service Bus
- Azure WebAPI Apps
- Excellent C# and .NET coding skills for enterprise software development using .NET stack, including: REST APIs, Web Applications and distributed systems
- Understanding of data security - data encryption for data at rest and in transit
- Knowledge of appropriate authentication mechanism, such as access keys, shared access signatures (SAS) and Azure AD/Active Directory
- RESTful APIs
- Excellent communication skills
Desirable experience
- Unit Testing/Test-Driven Development
- Azure DevOps experience
- AngularJS
- Visual Studio
Any of the following Certifications would be a distinct advantage:
- Microsoft Certified Azure Developer Associate
- Microsoft Certified Azure Data Engineer Associate
- Microsoft Certified Azure Database Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified Azure Data Fundamentals
