CONTRACT - CCNA Network Engineer - Bristol - 3 months Rolling - Inside IR35
Looking for a CCNA Network Engineer to be based in Bristol for one of my key clients. A leading fast paced, rapidly growing Cisco Gold Partner. We have worked with this client for many years placing perm/contract engineers and consultant across the Cisco space!
You will be working on-site for a key customer of theirs covering all 2nd line support duties as well as implementing on occasion.
£280 - £320 Per Day - Inside IR35
Must have...
- CCNA level support/project experience
- Cisco R+S
- Cisco LAN
- Palo Alto Firewalls
Duties...
- Managing incidents and requests onsite using the ticketing system to record and document all progress.
- Escalating high priority tickets to Infrastructure Support Specialist.
- Respond to alerts as required including testing, debugging and troubleshooting and provide detailed information on the nature of issues encountered.
- Complete initial diagnosis of all incidents and either resolve to the customers satisfaction using documented procedures and processes or escalate to 3rd line.
