We are seeking a number of experienced Change Managers for a large transformation project for a household name Retail business. This is an initial 3 month contract, however is working on a long term project (18 months), therefore extensions highly likely. Our client is interested in speaking with proven Change Managers from a Retail background with Retail (stores), Logistics, Finance, Commercial, People, Technology and Data experience.
Role Profile:
- Previous experience in a Change Manager role and a knowledge of the hands on application of business change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Experience within Retail sector required
- Must have Change Management qualification such as CCMP, CMS, CPCM, Prosci or APGM
- A strong understanding of people impacts and the change process
- Proven experience in building strong partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders and users, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills
- Skilled influencer, with the proven ability to persuasively communicate to a diverse range of users and stakeholders to minimise resistance to change
- Able to work well independently, proactively prioritising your work in a dynamic work environment
- Familiar with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle, including Agile
