Lead C++ Developer - FX Options - Top Tier Investment Bank - Contract
My client, a leading European Investment Bank, are looking for a lead developer with excellent C++ experience and software team leadership skills to join their Front Office Technology group. This role will focus primarily on FX Options, working on the development of a suite of applications for pricing and risk managing FX Options, and therefore relevant business knowledge in this area is hugely beneficial. This person must also have strong communication skills, as the role will require regularly communications with Quant and Traders in the Front Office.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent experience using C++
- Strong communication skills
- Good experience managing/leader development teams
- Experience working in the Front Office, ideally within FX Options although detailed knowledge of other asset classes will be considered
- Strong understanding of object-oriented principles (OOP)
- C#/.Net and UI development would both be beneficial
