Head of BI Reporting and Analytics

Our client, within the gambling industry are currently recruiting for Head of BI Reporting and Analytics to join the team on a contract basis.
The role within the Insight and Analytics team will be responsible for the leadership of a team of BI Analysts based in offshore offices. This role requires a combination of strong technology background, analytics skills, people management skills and business acumen. It will involve input into the enterprise reporting strategy and will support in the execution.
- Lead a team of BI and data analysts that support several business teams and stakeholders
- Structure and organise the team(s) and process in a way that enables easy scalability
- Stake holder management for both the Central marketing team and the Regional teams
- Manage BI projects, control and governance of demand, communication of work progress and delivery.
- Align with the Leaders of the Central and Regional Analytics/BI teams to ensure priorities and expectations are set.
- Management of a team of analysts that includes, but is not limited to:
- Recruitment, Performance management, Skill Enhancement, Delivery, Stakeholder Management; Identification and rolling out of best practices.
