Description

Primary Function: The Recruitment Lead will be responsible for the hiring of talent for us within our Life Sciences division to meet the planned growth targets.

We are really eager to talk with people from the Life Science industry/Pharma and an understanding and experience in engaging customers and understanding their needs will be key to success in this role.

Key areas of Responsibility: Lead and Manage end to end recruitment process for us Globally.
Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative, cost effective sourcing strategies
Enable our recruiters to source active and passive candidates nationally and internationally within niche and specialised skill sets of our industry.

Plan, build and maintain a database of viable candidates to ensure sufficient pipeline to satisfy planned and opportunistic business growth.

Deliver a seamless and positive recruiting experience for all candidates.
Report on performance to action plans and timelines for assigned sourcing projects
Promoting and managing referral programme across the business.
Working to key metrics, KPI and SLA to demonstrate performance.

Lead and Manage the integration of our latest acquisition we recently added to our group
Managing and working with Stakeholders to provide them a value-add service that encompasses all areas of resourcing not just recruitment, and pre and post all steps in our Recruitment Process

We are a truly Global Life Sciences Manufacturing Leader

Required Skills and Experience:
Performed as a Senior Leader/Manager in a large fast paced organisation
Minimum 10 years Recruitment experience in a professional services firm or recruitment agency In depth knowledge of the local and global Life Sciences Markets
Experienced in all the use of Social Media, including LinkedIn, Facebook etc and engaging with agencies to deliver talent
Must be able to work well as part of a global team with a high level of responsibility
Strong strategic leadership, consultative, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Demonstrated evidence of detail-orientation, multitasking skills and effective project management skills.
Experience in high volume Recruitment.
Demonstrated experience in Leading, meeting and exceeding defined monthly and quarterly Targets and SLA's
Takes ownership of the work, is self-motivated with an ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
Ability to multi-task multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
People Management

Responsibility for Leading and managing High performance recruitment teams Future resource demand planning Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability lead, motivate and delegate especially with reference to the introduction of new processes and systems.

Team player with a can-do' positive attitude. Understanding the following in the Life Science model will be an advantage: An understanding of how we can drive the convergence of IT OT in the Life science manufacturing An understanding of all the steps in the Manufacturing stack from order processing to regulatory approval An understanding of Industry 4.0 An understanding of the Digital Transformation that is taking place

WFT with travel around Ireland, London and in time some Global travel as and when business needs dictate it is required
