We have a 2.5 month project for a Scrum Master to coach a cross functional team.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply Pega suggested engineering practices for quality output complying to guardrail benchmarks.
- Communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders to influence and drive decision making constructively.
- Resolve team impediments to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.
- Facilitate and support all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Encourage design thinking to shape fantastic customer experiences.
- Analyse estimates and provide helpful inputs from experience.
- Implement conflict resolution by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty, and respect.
- Establish governance structures.
- Maintain focus on realistic high-value scope.
Skills:
The successful candidate will have a proven background working as a Scrum Master coupled with Pega knowledge, and business process management skills.
