Azure AD Engineer
*Outside IR35/LTD company contract*
Specialist Cloud Transformation Consultancy seeking an Azure AD Engineer who will be Embedded within an enterprise end client's Global Infrastructure Engineering function. You will have a vital role in shaping future strategy and direction within the organization and must possess a relevant experience in the implementation and use of public cloud solutions, with an emphasis on the delivery of both on-prem and cloud identity solutions.
Required technical skills/experience:
- Subject-matter expert knowledge of Active Directory related technologies (ie Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory enterprise design principles etc.)
- Subject-matter expert knowledge of Azure and Azure AD
- Subject-matter expert knowledge of Windows Server technologies
- Enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures including AWS, Google or Microsoft Cloud Stacks
- Experience in using and developing automation and Scripting (Powershell) to drive efficiencies.
Soft skills:
- The candidate must be highly self-motivated team player with good oral and written skills and confidence to present to management
- The candidate should also have a good sense of discipline for change control procedures
- A flexible work ethic is required with the ability to form part of a multi-platform global engineering team
- Ability to cope well under pressure
