Workday HCM Architect
£700 p/d - PAYE
Initial 6 months (extensions likely)

We are working with one of the world's biggest software providers who are currently looking for a Workday HCM Architect to work on a global greenfield Workday programme.
The Workday HCM Functional Architect will join a brand-new leadership team and take responsibility for functional design of an end to end Workday solution.
Main responsibilities:
- Guiding SMEs and team members on process modelling standards and best practices
- Decomposing large complex functions and business process areas into logical process hierarchy
- Working with SMEs to document enterprise business process including identifying optimizations and improvements
- Gather functional requirements by working with HR business partners and translate the requirements into Functional Design Document
- Strong understanding of HR business processes
- Solution design to meet the HR business requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or any branch of science
- At least 5 years of experience in Workday HCM in any of the following areas: Onboarding, Recruitment, Talent, Performance, Benefits, and Compensation
- Strong business change experience
- Must have transformed a functional estate before
- Previous HCM functional/technical deployment experience as an Architect
- Experience leading and participating in technical and cross-functional projects
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change
- Effective oral and written communications skills with all levels of the organization - both internal and external stakeholders
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills
- Awareness of cultural diversity and can embrace and capitalize those differences; applies knowledge in decision-making process
- Ability to advocate a creative atmosphere, develop cooperative relationships to achieve desired results
