Digital/eCommerce Business Analyst (SFCC/Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
Digital/eCommerce Business Analyst with a proven background with SFCC/Salesforce Commerce Cloud and a history fo working with 'High-Street and Online Retailers' is required by our client based in London, but on a remote basis until they relax their company restrictions around the pandemic.
You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience on medium to large sized projects to join an exciting Retail client on initial 6-month contracts to work across a variety of projects and programmes spanning our client's global digital development portfolio - Ecommerce/Digital, and Omnichannel, Web Platforms including; Mobile/Apps and Desktop, Forming part of our customers Digital/IT team you will be responsible for leading on business analysis and business design activities for development teams.
You will need to have a solid Retail and Digital background and demonstrable experience of clearly defining projects and ensuring that these projects are delivered in accordance with business req's at the same time as covering business change occurring as a result of the delivery of these projects. We are on the lookout for applicants with a solid grounding with UX/UI principles, concepts & best practices. Any experience with E-comm platform implementations would be advantageous.
