Description

Our client, a well-known Life and Pensions organisation based in Edinburgh, is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator/Consultant for an initial 6 month contract. The role has been assessed as inside IR35 and the rate will be up-to £500 per day to umbrella.

The successful candidate will be responsible for BAU Support Activity, Administration Services as well as Enhancement Services (including changes to configuration and coding) and Upgrade Testing.

To be successful, they're seeking candidate who have the following skills & experience:
* Proven background of working as a ServiceNow Administrator/Consultant, including experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management for ServiceNow related work
* Experience of ServiceNow administration including Moves, Adds, Changes and Deletes
* Experience of managing changes to configuration and coding
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience within another large & established Financial Services organisation is also highly desirable and will be prioritised.
